Donna Cavanagh has been a freelance writer for more than 15 years.  She writes on many topics including business and sports and runs an NFL data analysis site called PossessionPoints.com which is based on a new stat developed by her husband, Edward, a data analsyis expert and engineer. 

When not worrying about what happens on the gridiron, Donna writes for print and online business and trade publications. 

On MyVeryOwnFan.com, Donna lets her creative side loose.  Humor writing has always been a passion, and her work has appeared in national magazines and newspapers such as First and USA Today. She also had a bi-weekly humor column with the Journal Register Company for more than five years. Her columns are frequently published on DivineCaroline.com and More.com and on Booksie.com. She also publishes poetry with a positive slant each day for her blog.   

Donna published two volumes of poetry this year called Poems for a Positive Day I and Poems for a Positive Day II.  Yes, titles and headlines are NOT her forte.  She also published a collection of her humor columns called Life on the Off Ramp.
