If often to blame those who suffer from its wrath
We do not want to believe that despair is so random
And can intercept us so easily on our own life path
We are all going to suffer some hardship
There is no getting through life without pain
We will have our days of unending sunshine
And we will have our days of cold soaking rain
Some of the detours that we will face
Are the results of the mistakes we make
But we are human and perfection is not an option
And self-loathing will only bring more heartache
You cannot be afraid to live your life
You will make mistakes that is a guarantee
But the mistakes will show us a brighter path
And deliver us from our self-doubts and misery
