Re: The Battle of Insecurities

This is a great post...excellect information. My feelings on insecurities are ...that they are a part of life and we mostly experience these feelings when we are out of alignment with our true self. It is so easy to compare ourselves with others and come up with ways to cut ourselves short or to criticize others...but the fact is that thoughts are things, they are energy and they create an emotion which attracts to us the things that are on the same energy frequencies. This will probably be the hardest lesson that we willl ever learn in this life time.

Embracing and accepting ourselves for who we really are can heal the insecurities. It is important to face our insecurities head on...this removes the fear and allows us to take a realistic look at what is real and decide what action we will take to bring this part of us back into alignment with the self. We are all unique...and we all have something about us that no one else has.....Our own special gift to the universe. Yet we are all connected and part of everything else.
